In your workspace, go to Settings → Team → Invite. Paste up to 100 emails — each gets a magic-link invite with role pre-selected. You can re-send or revoke any pending invite from the same screen.
Every conversation is scored once it ends. The Evaluator agent runs against your rubric — discovery, framing, objections, closing — and returns a 0–100 score plus a per-criterion breakdown. Managers can override any score with a written reason; the override is fully audit-logged.
Pro and Enterprise plans support BYO keys. In Settings → AI → Provider, paste your Anthropic or OpenAI key. We route both Persona and Evaluator calls through your key, with per-seat usage attribution and cost reporting.
